I didnt give this more than 3 stars only because, after taking 3x a day for 5 days, I get diarrhea. if you have a sensitive stomach to enzymes, be aware.

Im sure these are great. They arrived quickly, well packaged and sealed. They didnt have an odor, nor did they have an after taste and they werent overly big. Unfortunately, Ive been taking these for only a week, and Ive started to get large, under the skin, painful pimples. This never happens and taking this has been the only change for me, so Im going to have to stop taking them.

Ordered on 8/8/21 and it just arrived yesterday by USPS. Just opened tonight. I've used a more expensive beauty supplement before this. I've only taken this brand for 5 days...so we will see.
