Additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees must be paid by you.

We don’t control these charges and we can’t predict what they might be, as we ship worldwide, and customs policies differ widely depending on destination. Please contact your local customs office. 

 

Hot Vita Refund Policy

Our 30-day money back guarantee is valid only to U.S. customers who purchased product from Hotvita.com, Amazon.com or Walmart. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates or health stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. 

The 30-day money back guarantee is valid only for first time purchases of a product, and redeemable Item(s) must be shipped back to Hot Vita (at customers expense) with a valid receipt in order to process the return. No refund will be given without valid receipt. Customer may not return same item for refund more than once.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit.   We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our main goal is to deliver products that you will be 100% satisfied with! Prior to returning or exchange item(s) purchased online, contact our Customer Service Team. If there are any issues with your purchase, we'd be happy to help fix the problem.

We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions: 
  • Return item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • Refunds: the purchase price will be refunded (all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item(s) back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-2 above.
  • You are responsible for costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable mail service. 
  • Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
  • We may refuse, or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Refunds for items reported as missing by the customer that are indicated as shipped will not be refunded.
  • Hot Vita® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Damaged & Incorrect item(s):  If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item(s), contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery. We'll need your order number. Also, we may request that you send the damaged/defective or incorrect item(s) back to us. Send your item(s) with a copy of the original receipt and Reason for your return to our provided address above.
