You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for Exchanges/Returns to be processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO SHIP YOUR ITEM(S)
2. Securely pack items with labels and tags, inside the original packaging.
3. Attach the Return Label to the package.
4. Drop off the package within 10 days to your nearest carrier locations.
5. We'll issue your refund or exchange within the following 10-14 days of your items arrival to our warehouse.
6. IF THE GEL IS DAMAGED DO NOT RETURN IT, DISPOSE OF IT AS YOU WISH.
You will receive a prepaid return label or QR code, the replacement size will be sent as soon as we have received notice your complete order or items to exchange have arrived and are cleared of damages. The sooner you return the original, the faster you will receive the replacement.

- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

If you decide to return your order for a Refund and received a Free product, please keep in mind that to receive the full refund amount, the Free product that was included with your purchase must also be returned, new, unused, with tags and/or seals.
MISTAKEN RETURNS DISCLAIMER
Our Customer Experience Team will proceed to inform the client once the mistaken item arrives at our warehouse; the client has 5 (five) business days to provide us with a return label which we will use to return the package to said client.
IF the client does not reply nor send us a return label within 5 (five) business days then the package will be disposed of. The client must also assume shipping costs for the mistaken return: we will send the client a PayPal invoice for the shipping fee to cover the return label that we originally provided. The package will be shipped out once the shipping fee is paid and the return label is sent to us.
